In 2020 MyCamper had seen strong growth in Switzerland and sought to fuel additional growth by expanding to new markets. The Nordic market was selected as a viable opportunity, however the team needed a localized Go-to-Market strategy that would ensure a market leading position.
Approach
The Go-to-Market strategy was developed together with the management team where the approach was driven by local insights derived from the home market and the market dynamics in the Nordics. After carefully selecting the best Go-to-Market options the local team could quickly start the local launch of the platform.
