
Founded in 2016 MyCamper has quickly become the dominant peer-to-peer camper sharing platform in Switzerland and in the Nordics. Black Pine Ventures worked together with MyCamper creating the Nordic Go-to-Market strategy and established the local operation model together with the management team.
Challenge
In 2020 MyCamper had seen strong growth in Switzerland and sought to fuel additional growth by expanding to new markets. The Nordic market was selected as a viable opportunity, however the team needed a localized Go-to-Market strategy that would ensure a market leading position.
