Challenge

The Brazilian company with 200+ employees and a series D funding round beyond them had the strong aspiration to expand to Europe bringing their vision to a new continent. However with no active and consistent operation in Europe yet they were seeking help with market analysis, strategy and international recruitment.

Approach

Black Pine worked closely with the CEO and the wider leadership team of Ingresse to go through and validate a market entry strategy to Europe, focusing on Iberia (Spain and Portugal) at first.

With our help the team behind Ingresse got themselves equipped with first hand market intelligence, got assistance in how to navigate successfully in the local business culture, and most importantly through Black Pine hired their first European team consisting of a Managing Director and local Sales Representatives.
