The company has major strategic partners in the festival, live music and football segment with millions of satisfied fans each year. Black Pine Ventures helped Ingresse in the first key steps of their European expansion.
Challenge
The Brazilian company with 200+ employees and a series D funding round beyond them had the strong aspiration to expand to Europe bringing their vision to a new continent. However with no active and consistent operation in Europe yet they were seeking help with market analysis, strategy and international recruitment.
Approach
Black Pine worked closely with the CEO and the wider leadership team of Ingresse to go through and validate a market entry strategy to Europe, focusing on Iberia (Spain and Portugal) at first.
